Purchase Terms
Last updated: April 2026
1. About Us
PTA Tickets Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17049045). Our registered office is at 143 Station Road, Hampton, Middlesex, England, TW12 2AL.
We are a ticketing agent. We sell tickets on behalf of schools, PTAs, venues and event organisers (our "Event Partners"). We do not organise or operate events ourselves and are not responsible for the quality, content or delivery of any event.
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at help@ptatickets.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
Tickets sold through PTA Tickets are intended for events associated with specific schools. To purchase tickets you must be a parent, guardian, or member of staff at the school associated with the event.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where we have reason to believe that the buyer is not a parent, guardian, or staff member of the associated school. In such cases, a refund of the ticket price will be issued, though the service fee may be retained.
3. Ticket Prices and Service Fees
Ticket prices are agreed between PTA Tickets and our Event Partners. The price you pay may differ from any face value printed on a physical ticket, as our pricing is set independently and may be offered at a reduced rate.
A service fee is included within the ticket price and is shown as a separate line item in your order summary. This service fee covers the cost of operating the platform and processing your payment. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable except where required by law.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Completing a Purchase
By clicking the purchase button, you are making an offer to buy the selected tickets subject to these Purchase Terms. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please ensure the email address on your account is correct.
You are responsible for checking all event details carefully before purchasing, including the date, time, location, and any age restrictions or requirements specific to the event.
Payments are processed securely by Worldpay. We do not store your card details.
5. Ticket Delivery
Tickets may be delivered digitally to the email address associated with your account, or physically via your school or PTA. The delivery method will be specified at the time of purchase. Please ensure you check your confirmation email for details.
Physical tickets, where issued, must be presented at the event for entry. Lost or damaged physical tickets cannot be replaced and PTA Tickets accepts no liability for tickets lost after delivery.
6. No Resale Policy
Tickets purchased through PTA Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred for profit, or used for any commercial purpose. Reselling or attempting to resell tickets above their purchase price is strictly prohibited.
Any booking found to be in breach of this policy may be cancelled without refund and the associated account may be suspended.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable except in the circumstances set out below.
You may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding the service fee) in the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled by the Event Partner and not rescheduled
- The event is postponed and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date
- There is a significant change to the event (such as a change of venue) that means you can no longer attend
- Your booking is cancelled by us due to an eligibility issue under clause 2
Refunds are processed once we have received the corresponding funds from the Event Partner. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 working days of receiving those funds. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
We will not issue refunds where you are unable to attend for personal reasons, where you have made an error when purchasing (such as selecting the wrong event or quantity), or where entry is refused due to a breach of event conditions.
8. Service Fee
The service fee shown in your order summary is non-refundable in all circumstances except where required by applicable law. This applies even where a refund of the ticket price is made.
9. Donations
During the checkout process you may be given the option to make a voluntary donation in support of the associated school or PTA. Any donation made is entirely at your discretion and is not required to complete your purchase.
Donations are non-refundable, including in circumstances where your ticket purchase is refunded.
10. Event Changes and Cancellations
PTA Tickets is not responsible for changes to, postponements of, or cancellations of events. These decisions rest solely with the Event Partner. Where an event is cancelled or significantly changed, we will endeavour to notify you as quickly as possible using the contact details on your account.
PTA Tickets accepts no liability for any personal costs incurred in connection with attending an event, including travel, accommodation or childcare, in the event of a cancellation or change.
11. Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any ticket purchase is limited to the amount paid by you for that ticket. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or delivery of any event, which is the sole responsibility of the Event Partner.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For further information please visit citizensadvice.org.uk.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of PTA Tickets following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a transaction with PTA Tickets are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
